By accessing or using EmailSignatureKit (the “Service”), accessible from emailsignaturekit.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EmailSignatureKit provides an online HTML email signature design and generation tool. Users can create, customize, and export professional email signatures for compatibility across email clients including Gmail, Apple Mail, Outlook, and others.

3. Accounts & Responsibilities

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account credentials.

4. Pro Lifetime License & Payments

  • One-Time Purchase: The Pro plan is offered as a one-time payment ($29 USD / ¥3,900 JPY) granting lifetime access to all Pro features, premium templates, and watermark-free exports.
  • No Recurring Fees: There are no hidden subscription charges or recurring fees.
  • Billing Partner: All payments are processed securely by Creem, our authorized merchant of record.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

You retain all rights and ownership to the personal and company content you input into your email signatures. You are granted a worldwide, perpetual license to use the generated HTML email signatures for personal and commercial business communication.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate signatures containing unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or fraudulent content, or to transmit unsolicited commercial emails (spam).

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for maximum email client rendering compatibility, differences in third-party email clients may occasionally affect visual rendering.
